This course was extremely worthwhile. It helped me to learn about myself and about others as well. I look forward to putting things I learned in this course into practice. I believe I will be a better teacher, colleague, friend, and human, in general, for having completed this course.

I hadn't thought to include nature, but as I sit here working, I am hearing birds chirping outside and it is so very calming. That is a great one too.

I, too, thought this class "seemed great" since it involves theater. I can't wait to get started.

Like you, this is probably one of the few classes I am excited to take. With so many positive reviews, it has to be great!
