2. The thing that interested me most about this class is that it is self paced. I had been trying to attend the CBT via Zoom but always get busy when the Zoom sessions were on. Our school day is ending when those sessions are happening and everyone is in a frenzy to get out. This be beneficial for me as also am facing burnout with college, covid, and working 6 days a week.
3. New ways to deal with stress as well as coping skills that actually work.
