The main character was Bartleby, his objective was to make his parents believe he was going to college by creating a fictious college, because he had been rejected from all the colleges (8) that he applied to.
3- What obstacles did they have to overcome?
His parents were very disappointed that he hasn’t been accepted into college and think that if he doesn’t go to college, he will have no future. Several of Bartleby's friends are in the same situation of being rejected by all the colleges they applied to.
4 - What were some of the specific tactics used to overcome the obstacles?
To satisfy their parents, Bartleby comes up with an idea to start his own college with an internet site. He creates an acceptance letter address to him. They convert an abandoned psychiatric facility into the South Harmon Institute of Technology. They will be the only students. However, the web site states that we accept anyone.
On the first day of school, they unexpectedly have a large number of accepted students that were also rejected by all colleges. With a million dollars in tuition money, Bartleby must make his fake college into a functional one. He hires Uncle Ben as the College Dean. Although, he gets caught in his own lie, he was able to be granted from the school board of accrediting to run the school on a on year probation.
Final results, parents were proud of him.

Schrader, his objective was to help his best friend create this fictios college without getting of hand. On the other hand, he was trying to fit into the opposite college where he was accepted and belong to the fraternity brothers. Once he realizes that his friend needed help, he applied to the school board of accreditation,
Rory and Daryl’s objective was to help out with B’s plan in running the college.
